No Better GM Truck Out There

These are by far the most reliable - used trucks you will find on the market. Don't buy an 07 or newer, too many mechanical and electrical problems. GM has never been the same since the 03-06 trucks. Ultra reliable, easy to get parts, timeless body style, great work horse. Crew cabs will pull 19-20 mpg on the highway no problem (with stock suspension/wheels). - 5.0

I have had very few problems with my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 Cew Cab. It has been very reliable and the body and finish have held up over time. Low slung and 2wd for better gas mileage. It rides more like a car. It has a small V8 engine but has the power to tow my 3,000 lb. RV w/o a problem. It's time for a new truck, but I've kept my Sierra longer than I planned because it's been such a good vehicle and because of new truck sticker shock.
